Admission Process
Admission Test:
An admission test is a prerequisite for all students but Pre-K level. The required age is as follows: kindergarten (4 years 3 months), High (5 years and 3 months), Primary and Secondary students.
Test Requirements for Admission:
Elementary (2° up) and Secondary students only
- Copy of birth certificate issued by the Civil Registry (website) in order to verify date of birth and child’s age
- Reference letter from teachers and counseling department about behavior and student performance when coming from another school
- Reference letter for students with special needs accommodations stating their condition
- For students from second grade and up, the ORIGINAL AND COPY OF THEIR GRADES from the two previous academic courses, those who will be entering in 2012. (2010 and 2011 will be required), grades of these students must be over 80 and behavior grade 90.
In the case of secondary schools, the letter should be issued by the Counselor and / or psychologist of the institution of origin.

Subjects to be tested for the admission test
The test will cover the area of (Spanish, English, Science, Mathematics and Social Studies) and a psychometric test and psychomotor tests in the area of preschool.
Cost and location of test
Admission tests are held at the institution, after paying for the test in the finance department at the main office.
The total cost of this is 25,000 colones.
Students who apply for the admission test must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Materials to bring on the day of the test
Pencil, color pencils, eraser, scissors, glue, ruler, pen, scientific calculator (for students applying to enter the examination levels eighth, ninth, tenth or eleventh only).
For preschool children, should bring a snack.
Children and young people in primary and secondary, will have a 15-minute break between each test, so you can buy a snack at the institution if they want to.
Delivering Results and Registration
Enrollment can be effected on the day that parents receive the results of the admission tests. Enrollment includes payment of tuition, and materials and signing the contract for educational services.
Documents that need to be complete as follows:
- Transportation form (optional)
- INS for (required for all students)
- Cafeteria form (optional)
- Parents’ permission form for others to pick up their child
- Registration form
Note: There is no refund after payments have been made (tuition, annual and monthly)
